Waking up to a septic alarm is never a good way to start your day! Greg was onsite before 10:00AM and the pump was repaired and working by noon. Greg was able to educate me on the why’s of needing to have the tank pumped out and I agreed to have them go ahead and pump it. Doug, the owner and Jon were the lucky ones to do the pumping and had a great attitude the whole time.
